Book Sale

Posted in Latest News

To run alongside the Felixstowe Book Festival - June 2013 - the Trust with support from Poor Richard’s Books will be holding a Book Sale.

Between now and then we need to collect as many books as possible. If you, family or friends have any old or spare book that you no longer need and would like to donate to our sale, please get in touch by completing the form on our website or by calling 01394 794094. There is an answer phone in case we are unable to answer.

We would also like to say thank you for the support of Interlink Express - Ipswich, without whom we would be unable to run this event in conjunction with Poor Richard’s Books.

Internal Viewing

On February 15th 2013 the Trust met with Greater Anglia's Head of Portfolio to allow both parties to take a look at the inside of the buildings.

The Trust took this opportunity to get some photograhps for our archive as well as to allow our Structural Engineers, The Morton Partnership - who are also historic building specialists - into the building for their first inspection.

A video of the first visit is available here.

Below is a link to a selection of photographs displayed in galleries sorted by room.  During this visit we were unable to gain access to Rooms 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10.
